Plaintiff's Claim: On or about 1-19-98 services were provided by All-Care and to date remain unpaid.

Defendant's Position: Mr. Greve was quoted a price for hip replacement surgery and care for his dog "Nicholas" and was assured he would do well. The original price quoted was approximately $3,500. "Nicholas" was kept for approximately one month and was never able to walk again without support. Subsequently, "Nicholas" stopped eating and passed away. The final bill presented to Mr. Greve amounted to approximately $6,000.
