   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the above date, time, and place, the Court held an Evaluation Conference.  Robert Gentino appeared for Defendant, and no appearance for Plaintiffs.  The Court ruled and set three hearings on September 25, 2002 at 8:45 a.m.:

   (1)   Evaluation Conference continued from August 28, 2002.

   (2)   Order to Sow Cause why this case should not be dismissed for Plaintiffs' failure to appear at the Evaluation Conference held August 28, 2002.

   (3) Order to Show Cause why Plaintiffs and their counsel should not be sanctioned for failure to appear at the Evaluation Conference held August 28, 2002. Defendants' counsel will submit a declaration stating fees for his appearance on August 28, 2002.
